Radisol Residence is a project designed by the prestigious French architecture studio Bruther under the motto “Une Adresse, Une Légende”. Radisol will be one of the few buildings on the entire Albanian coast built purely from thermal glass — without a single brick. The result is architecture that naturally lights every space, opens sea views from several directions and blends visually into the coastal landscape.
The project consists of two buildings with a pool of more than 200 m². Building A is conceived as a hotel complex — the first two floors are taken up by a hotel with a reception. The hotel ensures year-round operation of the whole grounds, professional maintenance of the pool, common areas and exterior. The reception can also serve as a base for owners letting short-term — guest check-in, key handover, cleaning coordination.
The building sits 70 metres from the new Lungomare 3 pedestrian zone and 90 metres from the sea. The project offers 1+kk, 2+kk and 3+kk apartments.
Radhimë lies south of Vlora, on the Ionian coast. A calmer, premium location — without mass tourism, with clean sea and the unspoilt nature that characterises the Ionian coast.
Along the coast the Lungomare is taking shape — a promenade and cycle path connecting Radhimë directly to the centre of Vlora. From Radisol you'll be able to ride a bike or scooter all the way into the city centre, along the sea, without getting into a car.
In 2027 Vlora gains its own international airport sized for intercontinental traffic, including direct flights from the USA. Directly opposite Radhimë, Ivanka Trump has bought an island where an exclusive yachting community is being built — a project that will draw international attention and a new wave of affluent clientele.
