What data we process
We only process data that you provide to us, or that arises from the normal operation of the website:
- Contact details from forms — the name, phone number, email and message you enter when requesting an offer or a consultation.
- Usage data — IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and interactions. This data is collected by analytics and marketing cookies, and only with your consent.
We do not collect any special categories of personal data (such as data about health, origin or political opinions).
Why we use your data and on what legal basis
- Handling your enquiry and communicating with you — so we can send you an offer and answer your questions. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.
- Traffic analysis — to understand how the website is used so we can improve it. Legal basis: your consent.
- Marketing and remarketing — to measure advertising performance and show relevant content. Legal basis: your consent.
Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We share it only with processors who help us run the service and are bound by a duty of confidentiality:
- Pipedrive — the CRM system used to record enquiries and communication.
- Meta (Facebook) — conversion measurement and remarketing (only with consent to marketing cookies).
- Google Analytics — anonymous traffic statistics (only with consent to analytics cookies).
- Resend — sending email notifications.
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
International transfers
Some of the processors listed above are based outside the European Economic Area (in particular in the USA). In such cases the transfer is safeguarded by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or by another appropriate safeguard.
How long we keep your data
We keep contact details from enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and thereafter for the duration of our legitimate interest, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless you give us consent to keep them longer. Data from analytics and marketing cookies is kept for the lifetime of the relevant cookies (see the Cookie Policy).
Your rights
In relation to your personal data you have the right:

- to rectify inaccurate data,
- to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”),
- to restrict processing,
- to data portability,
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
